Summary: Disappointing stay. Room was not clean, stale air, toilet brush was DISGUSTING. Hairs all over the room particularly the bathroom. Airconditioning not working well, for a particularly hot week was stifling in the morning (beautiful sun through windows but the heat in the room became unbearable by 8am even with doors open! We requested attendance to all of these issue which were not rectified. No offer of change of room.

Summary: This hotel is centrally located right in town. My huge room was Main Street facing. I couldn’t hear any traffic noise. The bed was the most comfortable and I wondered where I could get one for myself. The fair trade tea and coffee were nice. The reception staff member was lovely and helpful. The car park was tricky to understand but having my car in a safe lock up right in town was great.

Summary: First, note that this property's car park is not very accessible to folks with limited mobility and the garage gate is broken. The number of parking spaces is also *extremely* limited and the only access to the hotel is from 1 of 3 levels. Otherwise, you need to walk down a very narrow, steep car ramp to get to the 1 level by which you can enter the hotel. The hotel also shares the car park, so at least half the spots on the 1 floor accessible to the hotel are blocked off for private use. Two other guests were frustrated by this while I was there. Second, the first room they put me in did not match the description on Expedia; the room I actually checked into ended up having mystery orange debris on the bedding and more debris in the shower, raising general questions about the hotel's cleanliness. I ended up moving hotels, but when I mentioned I'd been here to a local, they stifled a laugh and said they'd heard it was awful from lots of other people.

Summary: Found the staff upon arrival pre occupied and not useful with information. Lack of parking and access to the hotel from the parking areas was not used friendly. Room quite strong smell of cleaning products and caused wheezy chest. Lack of amenities in room - utensils and plates provided but no heating equipment such as a microwave.
